1. Acceptance
By accessing or using FocusFlow at pomodoro-focusflow.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to agree to these terms in your location.
2. The service
FocusFlow provides a browser-based timer, local task and distraction tools, weekly focus summaries, and educational information. The service is currently offered free of charge and without an account. Features may be changed, removed, interrupted, or discontinued.
Your workspace is stored locally in your browser. You are responsible for any information you enter and for maintaining copies of anything important. FocusFlow is not a backup or records-retention service.
3. Acceptable use
You may use FocusFlow for personal, educational, and lawful professional purposes. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, distribute malware, automate requests in a harmful manner, evade security controls, or use the site in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.
4. Site content and intellectual property
The FocusFlow name, interface, original text, and other site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service as provided. They do not transfer ownership or permit you to republish substantial site content as your own.
You retain responsibility for text you enter into local workspace fields. Because that text stays in your browser, FocusFlow does not claim ownership of it.
5. Third-party services and links
The site may link to third-party websites or use services such as hosting, consent management, or advertising. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement, and FocusFlow is not responsible for third-party content or availability.
6. Productivity and health disclaimer
FocusFlow provides a general productivity tool and educational content, not medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice. A timer is not a treatment for attention disorders, stress, burnout, or any health condition. Adapt the method to your needs, stop if it causes discomfort, and seek qualified help when appropriate.
7. No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FocusFlow is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of locally stored data. We do not guarantee productivity results or approval by any third-party service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FocusFlow and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, opportunity, or productivity arising from use or inability to use the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The updated date will be revised. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
10. Contact
